Starting my journey
Here I am. At my heaviest I was 159, after having two kids my body has definitely changed and my eating habits were not good. So I decided I was sick of hating myself every time I ate and I wanted to lose a good 25-30lbs but not only that I wanted to feel good as well. I took advantage of 2020, new year new me right? I have began counting calories and eating clean, and am so excited to say I am down to 155 already and just started 6 days ago! I try to downplay it like “it’s just a few lbs it’s not that great” but if it were a few lbs heavier it would be a huge deal and I’d feel awful about it. I’m trying soooo hard to be optimistic and to take care of myself as well as my two boys.
My goal is to be 130 by mid-late summer. How possible do you all think it is? I haven’t started working out but I plan to start very soon! I wanted to pace myself for this lifestyle change, take it one step at a time.
