So I had a few errands to run on my lunch break today and suddenly felt very nauseous and lightheaded. I was in Walmart so I went over to the pharmacy and checked my BP- 110/76 - so that was good but couldn’t shake the feeling. On the drive home, I had to pull over and puke my guts out on the side of the road. So embarrassing. I get home and I’m still really nauseous, now I have diarrhea. No fever, just bleh. My stomach is really crampy all over but I can feel the babies moving normally. My daughter and I had the same thing for breakfast and she’s fine. Is this just an unlucky day for me or should I be concerned? 23w2d with twins.
