Talk to me about intermittent fasting
I decided to do a 24hr fast today since I’m a week into a keto-ish diet and I had some loose stool yesterday that was not pleasant. I am used to eating high carb, fried, junk foods so I’m hoping this will give my body (and butt!) a rest. I’ve read a lot about the health benefits and I’m looking for others experiences...whether it’s for weight loss or overall well being. How did it help you? How often did you do it a week? What were your goals and did IF help you meet them? Any tips? Absolute musts when preparing for a fast or during? I would love to hear from others.
