Help please

Spotted a week before my last AF, then AF came on (I think) heavy for one day then the rest of the day I could go without wearing a pad but when I would go pee, then I'll see heavy, now it's been about a week since my AF been off n now I see light pink blood again when I wiped... I've recently got if bc in June, went to the dr to get some medicine to regulate my AF and it's been regular since but now this month it's really wierd... I really need help. C
