Any tips for conceiving??

I’ve been TTC for almost 2 years now. My cycles are pretty regular and I’ve been taking ovulation strips the past two months. Any other tips on getting pregnant?? What did you do different that helped?

Tried for 4+ years and officially 23w with my first.  I totally switched my diet.  Cut out caffeine completely, added loads of berries, fruits etc.  I also did seed cycling along with BBT and using opks. Added a few different supplements (evening primrose oil, fish oil, maca root and royal Jelly).  I can't say for sure that any of this helped but that's what I did.
