3 weeks pp
Had an emergency c section 3 weeks ago and still can’t wear regular underwear, I bought some mesh ones because my lower stomach is still tender near where my incision is. And I also have like a flap now on my lower stomach 😳 Should I be wearing a stomach binder thing or something? I would like to wear normal undies again, any suggestions? Is my stomach still just swollen? FTM and wasn’t planning on a Csection so new to all this.
