Lose weight while pregnant?
I just found out I'm pregnant with my second, this one wasn't planned and I'm not in a very healthy weight class. I think I need to lose some weight during this pregnancy or at the very least find a way to not go above the weight I am now.
I'm not super in healthy, just packing on to many pounds and I know I could do better. Does anyone have any advice for losing weight or a fitness program to help me reach my goals and have a health pregnancy?
