Leg calf cramping

Im in my tww and 6 dpo today...today as i went to bed i started having cramps in my leg calf..does any1 knw if its a pregnancy symptom??

i tried doing some exercise but doesn't help...anyone had this how did u manage to make thm feel better bcz its so uncomfortable..
