Hey ladies I’ve been struggling to get rid of these black spots for about 3 years. I’ve tried noxema, aloe Vera plant, palmers fade cream, fade soap. I’ve tried so much with not much progress. Do you have any recommendations

Try sweet almond oil! Not just oil, sweet almond oil. I use it for dark circles around my eyes. Not sure if it would help for your case but it may be worth a shot!

If you can afford it, go to a reputable medi-spa that offers laser treatments, chemical peels, And Dermabrasion. It could be hormonal (especially if you have thyroid issues or pcos) so managing those conditions can also help. 
I have a dark patch on my forehead that showed up about 2-3 years ago (now that I have thyroid issues I think that’s what caused it), and my aesthetician said they can laser it (almost painless) but if it’s hormonal it will come back unless the hormones are levelled off.
