Sooooo... Saturday I was at my boyfriends house and doing work. While I was doing work, I was sitting on his basement floor all day putting things together and printing things. I carried everything down to the basement because I’m pretty stubborn and wouldn’t let him help. Didn’t think it was that heavy... so that night we have sex. I was on top riding him and then we went to bed... when I woke up the next morning... I had this sharp stabbing pain in my lower back. On Monday I went to the doctors and they said it was muscular and an irritated nerve. This pain is debilitating. Walking, getting dressed, you name it. Bending just hurt. I got steroids and a muscle relaxer. 3 days out.. and it’s slightly getting better now.

Has anyone gotten this from sex?

Or could it have been from sitting on a hard surface for hours and hours after I carried all my heavy bags down to the basement?
