Car seats?

Which car seats have the best safety ratings, reasonable price and best comfort? I can’t seem to find one that I like enough to put the money into.

They're all safe. Your really picking based on features. my nephew has a safety1st infant seat and it is H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E!!!!!!!! I don't know which version but I will find out to make sure I never purchase it. 
The straps around the crotch are too tight to matter how you adjust them

Check Consumer Report. In 2016 the best rate were the Chico Key Fit 30 infant seat and the second best convertible was the Graco 4 Ever (this one was a point less than the first and I went with it because it had a detachable/washable seat cover). I’m having my second this year and I’m going with the Graco 4 Ever again. Love both. Especially the Chico which is visibly thicker and stronger looking than other infant seats I looked at
