teething?

My baby girl is about to be 3 months on the 10th of this month and I think she might be teething but I’m unsure... have anything of you mamas had a baby teething this early? What were the symptoms and what did you do? I am a first time mom and I am unsure and don’t know what to do :( she is miserable and has been crying all day and being fussy, she will rub her face , dig her face into the bed , and occasionally grab her ears. Also a lot of drool. Please help with any advice or if you mamas have been through this thank you
