Anyone go through something similar? Bad cramps with really light bleeding

So On 12/26 I had bright pink bleeding that lasted an hour and then I started cramping super bad and now it’s 1/7 and the cramping is getting worse and my back is killing me and my appetite isn’t all there. I did start a very light flow on the 4th, light pink with dark old blood(brown). It’s very abnormal for me to have a light period, I have pcos and my periods are always super heavy without a fail and I only cramp on the first day of my period. I’m pretty nervous that something is wrong

Also I didn’t ovulate I’m pretty sure so idk if it’s common with an anovulatory cycle to bleed lightly and to have bad cramps. Anyone have similar experience!?!
