Getting rid of forehead acne

So I have really bad forehead acne. I have tried everything to get rid of it but it just don’t work. I take all of my makeup off every night, also every night I use toner, aloe vera, and a benzoyl peroxide acne cream on it but it just stays the same. Could someone recommend me any ways to help because what I’m already doing is clearly not working.
