I can't eat

I don't know what happened. I had my son at the very end of July and since then I can't eat. At first I blamed the blood thinners, reasonably so since that was a side effect. I stopped taking those beginning of November. I maybe eat 1 "meal" a day. A lot of days I forget to eat completely. The other day I had 2 Hershey's kisses n that was it. Sometimes I'm hungry but just don't eat other times I'm not hungry at all. Sometimes thinking of eating food makes me wanna puke. I don't know what happened or why Im like this. Food has never been a problem like this before. Sometimes I wouldn't eat much when I got super depressed but for the most part I ate enough or too much lol. Anyone else the same?? Looking for advice
