Im at my highest weight and i hate it

I’ve been fighting with my weight for about 2 years now. I used to be in cheer, gymnastics, dance, etc. I was very active and weighed about 120lbs. (I’m 5’0). I started gaining weight very quickly in the fall of 2017 and I haven’t been able to lose it. I weighed myself the other day and I was at 163lbs. My weights been bouncing around 150lbs-140lbs for a long time. I just can’t seem to lose the weight and keep it off. I lost 10lbs in a month a while back but gained it back very quickly. I’m not happy with my body anymore and have no confidence. I want to get down to at least 130 by June but I just don’t know how. I’ve cleaned up my diet but it doesn’t seem to be working. I know the meds I’m on can cause weight gain but my doctor told me I’d lose it easily. Idk what to do. I don’t wanna go a 3rd summer terrified of being in a swimsuit. And I don’t want to gain anymore weight. I just don’t know what to do.
