Hiking
Hi,
I used to hike a lot but about a year before getting pregnant. I did 3 8-10 mile hikes with moderate elevation gain that definitely got my heart rate going but no sore muscles and no spotting after. (3 days in a row). I saw a study that even reaching your peak heart rate, fetal blood flow and HR were not affected.
Just wondering if anyone else has started back up with moderate exercise like this? I’m 11 weeks and really couldn’t do much before because I wasn’t feeling well but did walk about 3-5 miles mostly flat beforehand.
