*Please read the whole thing*

So I live in a house with my boyfriends family and their sisters two kids, one boy and one girl (both 3) along with my son (2). One of the sisters just got my son a cheap outfit for Christmas, and got the other cousin 3 separate presents, none of them were clothes. I'm always grateful for anything I get, and pretended to be for the outfit, however I always go out of my way to make sure nobody feels left out (I got their kids the same present in different colours). The fact that she got my son an outfit while she got the other cousin 3 different toys is pretty sad. Who wants to get an outfit and look onto see your cousin get toys from the same aunt? I grew up with an aunt like this and it always made me feel like she didnt love me as much.

Anyway, her sons birthday is coming up this month and I usually get him really nice and thoughtful things he'll actually like. This time I'm thinking of getting him one thing... a cheap outfit. Her child is a brat (he called my present "disgusting" on Christmas) so I honestly dont feel bad at all. Would you do the same? Any other suggestions or opinions are welcome. Thank you
