I'm not a doctor! But if I'm looking at what I think I'm looking at your cervix still looks very long (ie not effaced) and maybe just a cm dilated. Again, not a doctor, and might not even be looking in the right place. Was this a transvaginal ultrasound? That's how mine were done to check the cervix.
