8 month sleep regression WHEN WILL IT END!?

My 8.5 month old has slept from 7pm-7am since she was 4 months old. Never waking up in the night. Now she has been up every 2 hours and I’m dying inside😫 how long did this sleep regression last for y’all?

We are at 9 months and my daughter has NEVER slept through the night. She is also breastfed, so she constantly wakes for that, but now it is wayyyyyy more than before.

I didn't have regression... My baby has always woke up 3-5 times a night... Actually twice now she's only woke twice. It's like the newborn phase every night....  She still sleeping like a newborn at night and has normal age appropriate naps during the day 🤪🤯

So my son used to sleep through the night but when he got sick with RSV I would lay him beside me in bed 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I could be close and watch him. Well nooowwwww he wake up screaming all throughout the night in his bed until I put him in bed with me and then he sleeps peacefully through the night. I messed up big time and don’t know how to get him back to his bed

Same thing with my guy. He was teething and had a cold and I kept him in our bed and when I tried to put him back in his he would wake up screaming. This went on for about a week and a half before we decided to resleep train him. We used the Ferber method and in 3 days he was back to sleeping through the night.
It was horrible and I felt horrible doing it but we had to. I don’t regret doing it. We are all sleeping better now and he wakes up happy because he had a good night sleep.

I just got my first complete nights sleep in about 2 months. She’s breastfeed so usually wakes up once to eat but had 2-3 times a night for the better part of the last month+. Last night was so needed... minus constantly waking up and wondering when she was going to wake me up haha

Ours lasted for 3 weeks! Longest 3 weeks of my life. Forgot what sleeping through the night feels like lol. The past 2 nights we have slept through the night again 🙌🙌 but now I’m waking up feeling like I need to check on her cause I got use to her waking up now.
