9 months in ....

9 months out.....

Just got down to my pre pregnancy weight yes it’s taken me the entire 9 months to get back to how I was. I weighted 176 when I gave birth now I’m back to 136. This is not my goal weight and I know my body will never be the same but I’m not giving up and neither should you. I see people on here all the time that are back to stick skinny 2 weeks after birth. Which is cool but my body was not budging especially when I was breast feeding for a few months. Just staying consistent and eating better and exercising whenever I get the time is what I have been doing. So let’s do this ladies. Summer 2020 here we come!!💪🏼
