What’s the chances of due date changing?

Hi all! I have my first ultra sound tomorrow. 
I’m almost positive I ovulated on December 6th (I was using ovulation test strips) and my last period started November 20th which would make me 7 weeks today. 
Is there a possibility my due date will change significantly? What makes it change besides when people aren’t sure when their last period was? Thanks so much! It’s so nerve wracking!

Wish my first my due date changed by a week. I thought I was 12 weeks, but I measured at 13, so that changed my due date from late Jan to Feb 3rd. Then I had her exactly a week late on the 10th

Chances are it may actually change by a day or so because even though you know when your tests were positive you dont know exactly when you ovulated and then you cant say exactly when you conceived and following that you dont know when it implanted.....on top of that babies can grow at different rates
