Baby food maker recommendations?

My LO is ready to start eating solids but I’m looking to make my own purées I need recommendations on a food maker preferably one that does it all as in steam and blend and defrosts ? TIA

This one has great reviews on Amazon. I'll be honest I didn't even know they made these machines! I was planning on just using my instant pot and then the blender,  or a food processor.

Personally I would skip the purée bit. 
I’ve always found it easier to just feed baby a bit of what we are having. 
If you really want to do purées a normal hand blender would work well x
