I am going on day 3 of one of the worst colds I’ve had in a while. My nose has run the entire time I’m vertical and it’s so stuffed as soon as I lie down.

No sleep. Constant drainage.

Can’t take sleep aids because my body doesn’t handle it, just like cold medicine - even the safe kind,

I could never take before pregnancy because my body reacts adversely.

I just want to BREATHE AND sleeeeeep

I’ve got a humidifier on... did hot steam showers.... saline solution .... warm towels on my face...

Uggggh Hoping tomorrow is significantly better
