Brachial Plexus Injury

I just wanted to come on here and give an update on my daughter because this community helped me find some answers but there weren’t many posts on her injury . It can happen during delivery if baby gets stuck or doctor pulls too hard then the nerves get damaged in the process . My daughter could not lift her right arm when she was born but she had a tight grip in her hand and fingers . I was distraught and so upset and wondered if she would be disabled and not be able to use her arm . By two months she started lifting it but not as high as the left . We saw a specialist every month who gave us exercises and assessed her . Each month she got better and better , she also received lots of physical therapy and occupational therapy and we were religious at working with her at home ! Shes doing great and at nine months old you would never tell she couldn’t move that arm . She’s crawling all over the place and using both arms to pull to stand. She’s such a trooper and I love how fierce she is !!! This diagnosis isn’t an end all like you usually find on other social media pages ! My story turned out better than I hoped !
