Vapor rub on my 3 month old???

First time mom here 😔😫😫

I think he has RSV.

He’s been so congested it’s been a rough couple days for the both of us. I feel like such a failure. I wanted to take him to the ER but his fever went down and he slept ok, he would wake up every now and then but nothing too serious. He only coughs when he cries slit and that’s when he starts choking 😣😣😣😣 it’s mainly his nose being so stuffy. I’ve been using the nose frida but I hear that I shouldn’t use it too much?
