Help 😫😫

Okay so like 2 months ago I had chylamedia and it got all cleared up, I went to the doctors a few weeks ago and got all my STI and STD tests done and I’m clear. But when I got the sti 2 months ago whenever I had sex it would burn. Now still to this day my vagina feels a lot tighter and still burns. Anyone know why?! I used lots of lube and everything 😭 any suggestions
