Pregnancy has some good advantages, my husband and I were traveling home after an appointment and was pulled over. The officer kindly asked for license, registration and proof of ins. Then continued by asking if there are any weapons in the vehicle. We both answer yes there are two guns under our seats. He politely asked for us to step out of the vehicle for everyone's safety. So we did as asked. But that's where I noticed my husband's dime bag in the center console (I knew it was there just didnt pay any mind to it) and it had a freshly packed bowl. So I took it and without thinking I placed it in my pocket. ( my husband was not high at the time ) officer continues his job and ask my husband if he had any other weapons or drugs on him while he is getting patted down my husband says no sir and then the officer turn and looks at me and sees my 7 month belly and gave me a blank stare was says, um well ma'am you wouldn't happen to have any weapons on you right ( thankfully asked nothing about drugs lol although marijuana is legal in my state ) I said no sir. So he avoided to pat me down and paid no attention to me whatsoever. Kindly said everything checks out well and let us go on our way. Boy am I thankful that my belly saved my ass from getting searched.
