11DPO FL WHAT NOW?

Question

I’ve been TTC for a year now. I’ve had chemical pregnancies. Now I have a FL at 11DPO. I don’t want to get too excited because of my history. 
Other than laying down, any tips on what to do to support the process?

Call and try to Get a blood draw,  progesterone tested to monitor. And have it rechecked over the course of a few days
Rest, stay hydrated, take your prenatals

Unfortunately there’s not much you can do to support the process. If you’re going to miscarry (which I hope you don’t) it’ll happen, regardless of what you do/don’t do

Hello ladies, thanks for the tips. I got a BFN the next day. I told my Dr. and got my blood drawn. I will be getting the results today. However, I’m expecting a BFN. Hate to still be having twinges. AF IN 3 days...
