Hey folks! Did anyone else have pain (feels like a bruise) after 4 or so days of injections? The high waisted jeans trend is not ideal right now 😒

Hey! Yes happens. Avoid tight clothes around the waist, and ice the area before you inject!

I gave myself a huge bruise during one injection and it hurt. My nurse suggested I may have hit a nerve. She told me to avoid the area by my belly button and waist to avoid bruising. Good luck!
