Anal cramping?

Question

Anybody else have their rectum cramp up from time to time?

My nurse suggested my uterus might be tilted back. I'm hoping that's not it because then it might get worse as baby grows?

Thoughts?

Yes. My uterus is tilted as well. I had issues everytime I had a period before I got pregnant. Now I have a lot of pressure feeling it spasms.
