Hey mommas. Im a FTM and my daughter is now 9months old. She has been co-sleeping with us (bedsharing) since she was about 2 months old. Now my husband and I have decided that it’s time for her to start sleeping in her crib permanently (it’s in our room). We started out small with her taking daytime naps in there and it was fine, it’s been like this for about 3months. She was good with taking naps in there in ten daytime (up to 3hr naps) until recently. When she calls asleep and I try to put her in she wakes up. I try with daytime naps and it’s really a hit or miss whether or not she’ll go in there. I read about the cry it out method but I don’t think that’s an option for us because I tried it today and she cried for 1hr 16mins. Anyone here dealing or dealt with anything like this. Please I need some advice.
