thoughts? read my description as well and comment any advice!

I got this what I think is a faint line on Monday. but tested another 4 times since then with 2 different tests and got clear negatives. I've been unwell this week with norovirus as well (sickness and diarrhoea)

can being unwell and close to dehydration cause 4 negative tests like that???? I'm so confused!!! me and my partner want another baby so bad and have been trying since our son was 6 months old (hes now 17 month) and nothing!!!!!! I'm due to come on my period on Saturday.
