Ovulation

So I think that I am ovulating usually around day 12 (all the signs, EWCM, positive OPK etc) but after my first month of ultrasound monitoring my follicles are not big enough on day 12. How do you grow your follicles? My appt with doctor is Monday (also to go over lab results)
