Ok my job recently let me go, The reason is my son has febrile seizure and with his condition he has to be let go from daycare when his temperature gets to 99.4 or above. Well since my husband is deployed I have to leave work and go get him from daycare and take him to doctor..Well they placed me on call status and took me off the schedule saying I wasn’t dependable, But they are the ones dismissing my son from daycare knowing he’s condition when they hired me. Now I’ve received my notice of separation from the and I haven’t worked in 2 weeks..I’m beyond pissed!! Some one could have told me straight out I was going to be let go instead of putting me on call and then being sneaky and letting me go..How would you handle this? I’m hearing I can fight it! Any suggestions on this would be good..
