Is it possible I could be pregnant

So I usually spot 2 weeks after having a period and dr says I havent been ovulating in the 2 years my husband and I have been ttc. I left for the army in September i got on the pill then since i was 14 no matter what bc I took I made sure I wouldnt have a period (which is why I got on it so young) but when I was in the army there was so much stress at basic I spotted anyways I said fuck it you're grown you have tampons just have the period and I did every month until I was out I had my last period when I stopped my period December 5th I belive I ovulated on the 31st I had positive opk and very fertile CM. And had sex on all the right days. App says I'm 5 days late and I'm actually only 10dpo yesterday Took a pregnancy test at 2pm it was negative is there any hope !?
