Plan B side effects?

So I took plan B while on birth control & I’m 2/4 days late on my period. Today being the 3rd//4th day late I went to wipe after peeing and my discharge was a pinkish médium brown, with a small small small tinge of red. I don’t know how to describe the color. What does this mean & does anyone have any help or advice
