Lumps?
So I am 4 weeks postpartum from a very hard birth. I have 3rd degree tearing and some inner vaginally construction surgery. As my stitches are starting to dissolve I’m still very sore and itchy at times. I just noticed today it feels like I have some lumps where the stitches are/were. And I was feeling around (which I know I shouldn’t) and I feel the lumps...what could that be???
