My first baby was in the NICU and couldn’t feed on her own, so she was tube fed for a bit with formula and couldn’t latch once she got out and preferred the bottle. The only thing I remember was how PAINFUL it was when my milk came in - like my boobs were ticking time bombs. We ended up formula feeding, and I remember how much Enfamil is.... crazy $. However with breastfeeding, don’t you need to still buy a pump, etc.? I’m wondering if there’s a significant price difference between the two.
