16 week old to the movies?

Hey mommas my babygirl watches frozen monsters inc and the little mermaid lol she kicks and laughs with excitement it’s my birthday today and husband wants to take me to the movies I wanted to  go see frozen 2 but was wondering if it would be too loud for the baby have you guys done it ? What’s your opinion
Update! Took my babygirl to movies only noise she made was a fart that had the people next to us laughing thanks for all those who were supportive and to the ones that were asses thanks too ! 👍🏼

I took all three of my kids to see Toy Story 4. My youngest was 7 months old at the time and he was quiet and never cried. People saying it’s rude to take a baby to the movies... 🙄. I mean, it’s only rude if you don’t leave the theater if your baby starts fussing or crying. I’ve experienced more grown adults being more rude and louder than anyone with a baby. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We go all the time... My eldest isn't missing out because we can't take her sister (breastfed so I won't leave her) we have been to see loads of films since she was a new born... We feed her before she gets hungry enough to cry and she either sits and watches or sleeps, if she got loud I'd take her out but we have been to see frozen 2 twice... The baby loves it too 😂... We go in the middle of the day when it's less busy... I find its the older kids that are louder 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don't even know why people do this. Going to the movies with a baby with it being a mom and baby event is in my honest opinion disrespectful to other people and in my country it would be WAY too loud for a anyone under 4 years of age.
I cannot wrap my head around that people do this. And that's my opinion and people are free to feel otherwise 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’d say it’s too loud for a baby that age but I was always paranoid about that kind of thing. We have little noise canceling headphones we’d use at loud events

I wouldn’t. I know there are movie showings for people with babies so I would look into that but I wouldn’t go to a normal showing. Personally, I think it is rude. Nobody knows if their baby will sleep through it and I have been in too many movies with crying babies. But to each their own.

Everyone including you, will be paying your money to see the movie. I don’t find it disrespectful at all. Before I had a baby I thought Dag why would anyone bring a baby? Then I realized you’re cooped up at home so why not lol!

I took my son by 4 months 🤷🏻‍♀️ He slept the whole time.. he’s always been a calm baby/kid. He’s 3 now and we’re going to see frozen tonight. I have his 2 month old sis though so I’m debating but she’s the same as him. Loves to Sleep. And loud stuff doesn’t wake her up

I took our baby at a few months old. I brought headphones and he didn’t make a peep the entire time. 
I didn’t find it rude at all because people chomping popcorn and nachos were louder than my sleeping baby.
