Why doesn't anyone have an answer

I've had miscarriages and chemicals. Got pregnant again somewhere around four weeks ago not really sure since I miscarried in Oct and dates r all messed up. Went and had an ultrasound yesterday and she can't see anything except two super small black dots but my HCG is 8030. My HCG never has gotten over 930 before but still I have no answers. Has this type of thing happened to anyone else before or heard of it. I just need an answer honestly.
