Am I alone?

Hello. This is my first post, sorry. 
Is there a thing called yearly periods?
Every year since 2016 I've always been getting my period in January always started then. It would vanish for a few months time and reappear. In 2019, it went January x1, June x2 July x1 then it disappeared again until the beginning of 2020. Am I alone who has irregular periods? I'm on no medication by the way. Any ideas, advice etc appreciated. Xx
