Annoying discharge

I’m strongly assuming this isn’t my water, because my husband and I had sex last night.. now all day today, anytime I sit down I feel a slight gush of watery discharge.

It doesn’t happen when I stand up, only when I sit and lean forward.

This morning it made a golf ball sized spot in my underwear and I’m seriously annoyed because it feels gross and I’m stuck at work all day with this!

I went pee directly after sex last night, once in the middle of the night, and once this morning. As well as a million times throughout today. UGH.
