I get really severe cramps when I ovulate from my right side that Are almost debilitating, and from about 2 days before my period starts I get what I call the 'period shits', it's horrible :(

Mine are so terrible that i even get sick on the first and second day of my period, i'm sooo tired of this. If anybody has some tricks, im all ears :)

100%, I thought I was the only one! I always get these horrible stomachaches during PMS and the actual thing.
