Multiple surges

I’m 6 months pp, period hasn’t returned and I breastfeed and pump. I posted the other day that I thought I had two LH surges but now I’ve had a third. It seems like I’m having them every few days. I was a regular 28 day cycle pre pregnancy and I normally ovulated on cd12. I never had multiple surges in the 12 cycles I tested while ttc. My body can’t possibly try to ovulate over and over again, can it? I’ve tested every day since Jan 3rd and the tests in between the posted dates were obvious negatives. I just don’t know when I’ll actually ovulate. I’m trying to track and see if I’m back to a regular cycle (obviously minus an actual period). This month is the first since I started testing (3 months total) where I’ve had more than one surge. Anyone ever have something similar???
