Clomid and twins?

I start clomid this month, I've heard their is higher chance of conceiving twins with this medication. I'm a twin myself and my mother in law is one too. I'm super scared of conceiving twins.🤰 How many babies while on clomid? Thanks

I'm a twin too, I was worried about the same thing when I started clomid! But chance of conceiving multiples is not much higher than it would usually be. Will it be a monitored cycle? That would give you the option to cancel the cycle if you produce multiple follicles.

wellll if they already run in your family’s the chance is higher and my doctor wouldn’t put me on cliomid bc she told me it causes multiples so if you’re scared I wouldn’t take that
