I’m getting ready to start my second round of letrozole. I’m supposed to take it day 5-9. Do I count day 1 as first day of red flow or first day of spotting? Tuesday night I had very light spotting when I wiped, then Wednesday I had light brownish spotting just on pantyliner. Thursday I had heavy red flow. Was Thursday day 1?

Also, if Thursday was day 1 then today is day 3, and I seemed to have stopped bleeding last night. Does letrozole shorten your period? Should I be concerned about this?
