Ah I got really excited about this this month as my period was a day late but unfortunately it did arrive.
I'm sure you don't need telling but as "scraped this out" has made me flinch, please be mindful that your cervix and vagina are sensitive areas and should be treated as such lol. It's possible to irritate your cervix and cause bleeding regardless of if your period is on the way.
