How bad do your period cramps get?

Myne get so bad to the point were all I do is lay on the floor holding my stomachs and crying... Wtf whyyyy

I don't get back cramps but I get them in my lower stomach area so it feels like my stomach is hurting. I also tend to eat a little bit more as far as snacking but I sleep better I prepare myself for the worst. Like if its heavy I wear tighter pants with a heavier pad ect but I hate cramps they give me a headache

I have PCOS. When I wasn't on birth control, I had cramps so painful that I passed out one time and threw up fairly regularly. Since being on birth control for the past few years, I usually have some pretty intense cramps towards my back on the first day, but that's about it.

Mine used to be so bad I would puke until I got on birth control now I don't even need pain medicine for them

They aren't that bad anymore. The worst I get is back pain; the area that hurts gets really hot. I used to cramps that would make me vomit.

Mine are so bad that I have to be excused from work because I keep throwing up... My gyn. Had to make me a doctors note to my job telling them to expect me to be out the first or two days of it..
