Asherman’s syndrome possible?

HELP

I am have an appointment coming up to see if I potentially have Asherman’s after my d&c. I was told it was rare. But it’s the same percentage as a miscarriage and people say those are common. So what the actual?? I have been paranoid since I had the surgery but it was the only option for me with my schedule and being a mom of a toddler. In and out on a Friday.

I have had 3 cycles since then but all 3 were regular for the most part. My last period was weird one day flow wise but that was it but no additional pain or lack of bleeding, come on time every month so far. I don’t think I have it but then I read where people have no symptoms of having it and do. After having panic attacks about it, my husband said I need to just sit and speak with the doctor and have her check so I can have a piece of mind.

I guess I’m coming here to vent. I suffer with panic attacks and extreme anxiety. I’m just freaking out that I was told it was a rare chance of happening and it’s the same percentage of miscarriage. And miscarriage is common. I feel led astray by my doctor.
